lncRNA SYISL contributes to the genome-wide expression during myogenic differentiation

In order to screen the target genes regulated by SYISL,we transfected the siRNA to knock down SYISL gene (si-SYISL) and negative control siRNA (si-NC), induced cells to differentiate for 2 days. The results suggest that SYISL knockdown broadly inhibits cell cycle genes expression, and promotes myogenic differentiation-associated genes expression. We further transfected the siRNA to knock down SYISL gene (si-SYISL) and induced cells to differentiate for 2 days. Then, we used microarray to analyze genome-wide gene changes after SYISL knockdown in C2C12 cells differentiated for 2 days.
