VPRS 5514 Cause Lists With Jury

This series consists of the volumes listing the causes for hearing at each sitting of the civil jurisdiction of the Supreme Court where the cause was being heard by both a judge and a jury. The list for each sitting is headed by the name of the judge presiding and the date of the sitting. The series provides a summary of each case which was heard by the Court. Details listed are the date and order number of the trial, the names of the plaintiff and defendant, the number of the action (as allocated by the Court when the case was filed) the attorneys for each of the participants, the day the cause was tried and the verdict including any financial award made by the Court. At the end of each listing for the sitting there is a summary of the number of verdicts for the plaintiff and the defendant and the amount awarded in the verdicts of the Court.
