标准必要专利SEP

标准必要专利指实施某标准技术时不可规避的专利。本产品收录了15个标准制定组织（SSO）的专利权人声明的SEP，以人工智能+手动核对的方式标准化了权利人向上述SSO所声明的专利，检查了所有声明专利的申请和公开号，并通过家族信息对重复声明的专利（就同一个发明的多个家族成员向SSO多次声明）予以去重。

Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) are defined as patents that cannot be avoided when implementing a corresponding standard technology. This dataset collects SEPs declared by patent holders across 15 Standard Setting Organizations (SSOs). The patents declared to the aforementioned SSOs have been standardized via a hybrid workflow integrating artificial intelligence and manual verification. We have verified the application and publication numbers of all declared patents, and deduplicated redundantly declared patents—i.e., cases where multiple family members of the same invention were repeatedly declared to the SSOs—using patent family information.
