Population genomics in Atlantic cod, Gadus morhua. Gadus morhua

Investigation of population genomic structure and diversity of natural populations of Atlantic cod in the North Atlantic has relevance to management and conservation. The study uses a genome wide Next Generation Sequencing approach to scan nucleotide diversity and differentiation among migratory North East Arctic cod and stationary Norwegian coastal cod.
