Overall design: pancreas mRNA profiles of Tamoxifen treated adult control mice [Ptf1a(CreER/+)] and Ptf1a conditional knockout mice [Ptf1a(CreER/fl)] were generated by deep sequencing using an Illumina Hiseq 2500.
