The present study was designed to unravel the rhizo-biological mechanism of A. bidentata under consecutive monoculture and provide the basis for further understanding the role of microbiota in overcoming continuous cropping obstacles for other monocultured plants. The objective of the study was to examine the composition and diversity of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere of A. bidentata under different years of continuous cropping using high-throughput 16S rDNA sequencing.
