本数据集围绕织材行业自动化生产示范线建设与应用需求构建,呼应纺织行业向智能化、高效化转型的发展趋势。机器人自动化生产示范线是检验纺织自动化技术集成应用效果的核心载体,其生产过程数据对行业技术推广、产业升级具有参考价值。数据集采集生成于2025年5月至2025年7月,核心数据经第三方检测机构见证。主要包含:一、示范线关键运行指标数据,涵盖机器人种类及台数、机器视觉套数、自动化率、平均无故障时间、减少用工数量等核心参数,全面反映示范线技术配置与运行效能;二、范线经济效益证明数据;三、各类机器人运行演示视频,展示设备在实际生产流程中的应用状态。数据集完全共享,适用于纺织自动化生产线规划设计、行业自动化技术效果评估、智能制造产业经济效益分析等相关研究与应用场景,助力推动织材行业自动化、智能化转型的深度落地与广泛推广。
This dataset is developed to address the construction and application requirements of automated production demonstration lines in the textile material industry, aligning with the development trend of the textile industry towards intelligent and efficient transformation. Robot-equipped automated production demonstration lines serve as the core platform for validating the integrated application effects of textile automation technologies, and the production process data collected from such lines offers critical reference value for industry technology promotion and industrial upgrading. The dataset was collected and compiled between May and July 2025, and its core data has been attested by a third-party testing institution. It primarily consists of three components: 1. Key operational indicator data of the demonstration line, covering core parameters such as robot types and quantities, number of machine vision systems, automation rate, mean time between failures (MTBF), and number of reduced labor posts, which comprehensively reflects the technical configuration and operational efficiency of the demonstration line; 2. Economic benefit certification data for the demonstration line; 3. Various robot operation demonstration videos, which display the application status of the equipment during actual production workflows. The dataset is fully open for sharing, and is suitable for relevant research and application scenarios including the planning and design of textile automated production lines, the effectiveness evaluation of industrial automation technologies, and economic benefit analysis of intelligent manufacturing industries. It facilitates the in-depth implementation and widespread popularization of the automated and intelligent transformation of the textile material industry.
