The Register of applications for auctioneers’, hawkers’, coach, and other licenses dealt with by the Bench of Magistrates records such information as: the number of the application, the date of hearing, the name of applicant, the country they are native to, the nature of the licence applied for, the result of the application and the signature of the Magistrate.This register is part of a volume also containing memorandums of cases committed for trial, a record of cases dealt with under the “First Offenders'” provisions of the Crimes Act, a list of furniture in the court house, and a list of the law books at the court house.
