Supplementary Code and Animations for "Synchronization and Swarming of Two-Mode Stochastic Oscillators"

This repository contains the C++ simulation code, raw simulation data, and supplementary animations associated with the study "Synchronization and Swarming of Two-Mode Stochastic Oscillators". The code implements the two-mode swarmalator model, which couples the spatial dynamics of swarmalators with the internal dynamics of two-mode stochastic oscillators. The accompanying simulation data were used for the quantitative analysis of the emergent collective behavior, while the animations illustrate the seven distinct dynamical states identified in the investigated parameter space: Filled-disk, Hollow-ring, Filled-ring, Breathing, Mild-motion, Intense-motion, and Pulsating-spindle states. These materials are provided to support the reproducibility of the results and to facilitate further research on synchronization, swarming, and collective dynamics in systems with bidirectional spatial-phase feedback.
