According to transcriptomic data, the pathways of fatty acid synthesis and degradation, energy metabolism and other growth-related global regulatory genes were analyzed. qRT-PCR internal standard method was used to verify the expression of significant differential genes, and the regulatory effects of G6PDH gene on cell growth and development and monasqu secondary metabolites were combined.To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of G6PDH gene on secondary metabolism of Monascus monascus.
