This dataset mainly covers basic detection and analysis data, experimental research, as well as model construction and application data related to the technology of preparing high-performance composite cold-pressed pellets through coupled utilization of oil sludge and steel dust/sludge solid wastes. It contains 55 data entities in three aspects: detection and analysis of the basic physicochemical properties of test raw materials, disc pelletizing process optimization, and cold-pressed pellet preparation process optimization technologies. The data formats include images (.jpg), spreadsheets (.xlsx), and documents (.doc, .pdf). The technology of preparing high-performance composite cold-pressed pellets via coupled oil sludge and steel dust/sludge solid wastes, which is supported by the data items in this dataset, enables green and efficient recycling of the large volumes of solid wastes generated during the production process of the steel industry. It realizes the preparation of high-performance composite cold-pressed pellets by coupling dust collection ash, blast furnace gas ash and iron scale with modified oil sludge and bentonite as composite binders. The prepared composite cold-pressed pellets, tested by third-party testing institutions, have a bursting temperature of 675℃ and a compressive strength of 1745 N, which meet the performance requirements for pellets in actual production. This technology fills the gap in the comprehensive coupled utilization technology of iron-bearing dust/sludge and oil sludge solid wastes, and alleviates the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by large-scale stockpiling of such solid wastes in steel plant premises.
