“Turbo–RNA Immunoprecipitation” (T–RIP) of Processing Bodies in Arabidopsis

We aimed to investigate the RNA composition of the condensates known as processing bodies in the model plant Arabidopsis. For this purpose, we set up a pipeline for proximity–biotinylation–dependent capture of RNA; “Turbo–RNA Immunoprecipitation” (T–RIP). Using this approach we studied new roles for PBs under normal and heat stress conditions.
