Data identifying fish eggs obtained from oceanographic cruises in west Florida from 2013-09-13 to 2014-09-27 with sequences of the mitochondrial gene

This dataset contains data identifying fish eggs obtained from oceanographic cruises using the continuous underway fish egg sampler (CUFES) in west Florida from 2013-09-13 to 2014-09-27 with sequences of the mitochondrial gene. Fish eggs were identified using DNA barcoding. This dataset will help in the identification of spawning sites.
