User-Guided Force-Directed Graph Layout (UGGLY): User Testing Dataset & Results

This folder contains the dataset and test results used to evaluate the performance of the "User-Guided Force-Directed Graph Layout" algorithm available at https://github.com/sciluna/uggly. \graphs folder contains 160 randomly selected graphs from Rome graph dataset. \drawings folder includes 20 random drawings used to layout the graphs in the \graphs folder. Each graph in the \graphs folder is randomly paired with one of these drawings. graph-drawing.txt file contains graph-drawing pairs. \results folder contains resulting layout images. uggly_data_2500_mturk_results.csv file contains Amazon Mechanical Turk results. \scripts folder contains the scripts to calculate Bradley-Terry and ELO scores.
