Macrophages (M?s) play an important role in the repairment of acute kidney injury (AKI). The heterogeneity of renal M? subsets during pathogenesis of AKI are still remain elusive. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the heterogeneity of renal M?s Overall design: AKI mice model were constructed by intraperitoneal injection of 20mg/kg cisplatin. Different phases (Sham, day 3 and day 7 time points after injection) kidney single-cell suspensions were harvested for scRNA-seq study.
