The construction concept and practice of international research data publishing platform

This report was released by Prof. Zhou Yuanchun at the 17th China Science and Technology Journal Development Forum. The report mainly analyzes the value of research data and the challenges facing our research data resources. This paper focuses on the three models of data publishing and the data community built by Science Data Bank. Finally, it brings out thoughts and prospects from the upgrading and reform of the publishing industry driven by big data.
