Single-cell analysis defines heterogenous differentiation pathways of human innate T cells

MAIT, NKT and ?d T cells are innnate-like T cells developed from thymic tissue. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to profile transcriptomic landscape of innate-like T cells in human thymus. Overall design: Innate T cells from human thymic tissue were isolated by combination of Magentic-activated cell sorting (MACS) and Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence or absence of tetramer binding affinity and analyzed using scRNAseq.
