SalehNetBrain-X is a recursive cognitive model that proposes a dual interaction between human cognition and the structure of the cosmos. By introducing the Matter-Cognition Interface (MCI-X), the model seeks to quantify the resonance between mental patterns and cosmic microwave background (CMB) fluctuations. In this study, we test the model against real data from the Planck PR4 mission, focusing on three key indices: Semantic Alignment Score (SAS), Cognitive Light Signature (CLS), and Quantum Interpretive Shift (QIS). Results show a significant correlation (CLS ≈ 0.61), suggesting that the mind-cosmos dialogue is not metaphorical—but measurable
