We established an improved algorithm to detect insertions and deltion in MTBC WGS datasets and investigated the implications of indels in the evolution of outbreaks. Particularily we aimed to get a higher resolution, as copmpared to SNPs only, and the detection of indels in genes associated with drug resistance.
