资源简介:
Milk quality is affected by many factors, such as population genetic structure, reproductive performance, feeding and management level, and is closely related to the main raw material composition of milk. Milk fat is an important component in butter and yogurt, and its content and composition are the main reference elements in milk quality evaluation. Nowadays, milk fat content is not only one of the important indicators of core competitiveness of dairy industry, but also the main target feature of dairy cow breeding. To better understand the metabolic process of milk fat synthesis during lactation, Holstein cows with extreme differences in milk fat percentage were screened, fresh milk was collected and bovine mammary epithelial cells were isolated. The differentially expressed genes and lncRNAs related to milk fat synthesis in the same lactation stage were screened by transcriptomics technology, and construct a ceRNA regulatory network of genes, miRNAs and lncRNAs related to milk fat metabolism, to provide a new way and theoretical basis for understanding the complex biology of milk fat synthesis in dairy cows.
