RNA-seq of Treg cells derived from MondoA+/+Foxp3Cre and MondoAfl/flFoxp3Cre mice. Total RNA of nTregs, anti-CD3/CD28 antibody-stimulated nTregs and iTregs from MondoA+/+Foxp3Cre and MondoAfl/flFoxp3Cre mice were isolated and RNA-seq experiments were performed subsequently. mRNA profiles were further analyzed and compared according to standard protocols.
