Photograph of people sunbathing near umbrellas on the beach, [s.d.]. People can be seen amongst umbrellas stuck in the sand from the foreground into the center background. The ocean is visible at left, while a boardwalk and road can be seen at right. Utility poles and a mountain can be seen to the right of the road. A sign in the center foreground reads, "Umbrellas For Rent" while a sign near the road reads, "State Beach Dedication Here July 8 2 P.M. Gov. Rolph Santa Mo[...] Public Invited". Another sign reads, "Bath House" on a building at right.
