We present sets of raw sequence reads from wild-caught Drosophila melanogaster from 3 distinct time points, collected from the same population. The first is a set of 64 individually sequenced strains collected between 1975 and 1983. The second is a set of 6 pool-sequenced flies from Fall 2014 and the third a set of 12 pool-sequenced flies from Spring 2015.
