TVIR

The vegetable information resource (TVIR) is a major vegetable crops database. It contains 110 vegetables, among which, the genomes have been sequenced in 65 species. The database can be used to browse and download the information data of these species, and also can be used for comparative genomic analysis. The datasets in the database can be used by all academic and non-commercial users free of charge.蔬菜信息资源库（TVIR，全称The Vegetable Information Resource）是一款主流蔬菜作物数据库。该库共收录110种蔬菜，其中65个物种已完成全基因组测序。用户可通过该数据库浏览并下载对应物种的信息数据，同时可开展比较基因组学分析。数据库内的所有数据集面向所有学术及非商业用户免费开放使用。
