The tumor microenvironment of glioblastoma (GBM) is characterized by a high proportion of glioma-associated macrophages/microglia (GAMs). We performed spatial analysis (Visium) to profile GAMs in human GBM. Three GBM cancer patient-derived FFPE tumor tissue (4 samples) were used for the analysis. Expression of each GAM markers were analyzed using 10x Genomics Visium.
