Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are held
by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created by
RIHMI-WDC in 1981 and containes total of precipitation from over 980
stations in northen hemisphere. Dataset is currently stored on a
magnetic tape (800 bit/inch).
