Using a labelled tumor antigen we identify dendritic cell subsets containing tumor derived antigen in the tumor draining lymph nodes and used these to stimulate anti-tumor OTI CD8 T cells. These were subsequently interrogated by RNAseq to determine how diverse DC subsets drive distinct patterns of CD8 T cell differentiation OTI CD8 T cell RNAseq analysis on cells stimulated in vitro by different DC subsets
