Replication Data for: "Sexual dimorphism and allometry in human scapula shape"

This dataset contains data and scripts required to reproduce the results presented in "Sexual dimorphism and allometry in human scapula shape" by Erin C.S. Lee, Rebekah L. Lawrence, and Michael J. Rainbow published in the Journal of Anatomy (2024).

The excel file "SubjectDemographicsAndLandmarks.xlsx" contains demographic information and raw landmark coordinates for each of the 125 participants whose scapulae are included in the dataset. The demographic information - including age, sex, height, supraspinatus health, presence of symptoms - contains no identifiable information. The landmarks were identified on scapula meshes provided courtesy of Michael J. Bey (Henry Ford Hospital System) and Heath B. Henninger (University of Utah).
