We have discovered that the alternative splice form of MYH7b is a regulatory non-coding RNA in the human heart. This dataset contains manipulation of levels of lncMYH7b in human cardiomyocytes. Overall design: Human induced pluripotent stem cells differentiated to cardiomyocytes and treated with antisense oligonucleotides against MYH7b.
