~The 900nm band neodymium (Nd) doped fiber laser has important application prospects in fields such as blue light underwater communication and biomedical imaging, and is a hot light source in the field of fiber laser research. However, due to the severe 1.06 in this wavelength band of laser? The problem of parasitic lasers makes it difficult to achieve high-power laser output in the~900nm wavelength range in conventional Nd doped fibers, limiting their applications. Currently, only iXblue from France and Lawrence Livermore Laboratory from the United States have the ability to develop and apply high-power laser doped Nd fibers in the~900nm wavelength band internationally; And only iXblue company can provide corresponding commercial products, but they are expensive and face uncontrollable risks. In this context, based on the characteristic method of multi anion inversion 900nm fluorescence branching ratio, a 20/125 Nd doped large mode field quartz fiber in the~900nm band has been successfully developed, achieving 10W and high beam quality (M2~1.3) 920nm picosecond laser output.
