A universal automotive ergonomic buck is disclosed. The invention discloses a single interior buck catering to all possible ergonomic requirements for different types of vehicles. A computer aided design system is provided with inbuilt coordinate model data for a vehicle. A translator is in communication with the computer aided design system for converting the configuration data (coordinates and angles) into mechanical movements for adjustment. The inbuilt data will include ranging from small car to a biggest commercial vehicle/ aviation/ marine cockpits or passenger cabins， designing an Interior buck in which every part of vehicle for example Dashboard， Centre console， firewalls， boot/ trunk， seats， door panels， steering column， gear， pedal cluster， instrument panel， roof， A-Pillar， B-Pillar， C-pillar， D-pillar can move individually in all axes (X， Y， Z).
