This data set is uploaded as supporting information for the publication entitled:
Fusing ToF-SIMS images for spatial-spectral resolution enhancement using a convolutional neural network

Files are as follows:
<em>gold_mesh_data.mat</em> - MATLAB workspace file containing peak-picked ToF-SIMS data (hyperspectral array) for the gold mesh sample.
<em>tumor_tissue_data.mat</em> - MATLAB workspace file containing peak-picked ToF-SIMS data (hyperspectral array) for the tumor tissue sample.
