To explore the transcriptional changes associated with the earlier flowering and tuberization of the StGIb-M2 mutant relative to 01-58, transcriptome analysis was performed using mature leaves of 01-58 and StGIb-M2 at ZT 0, 8, 16, 20 h under long-day conditions.
