资源简介:
wAMD is the leading cause of blindness in AMD, accounting for more than 90% of blindness caused by AMD. Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is the most important pathological manifestation of wAMD. Inflammation is an important factor leading to CNV, but the key factors regulating the immunomodulation of vascular endothelial cells and their underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. Here, we identified SERPINB2 as an important regulator of endothelial inflammation by RNA-sequencing. Overall design: To investigate the specific function of SERPINB2 in vascular inflammation, we established a mouse model of CNV and injected shRNA targeting SERPINB2. RPE-choroid complex were isolated at day 3. In addition, HUVECs (Human umbilical vein endothelial cells) with depletion of SERPINB2 by siRNAs for 48 hours were also used for RNA-seq.
