GO-DS21_cross_sectional_survey

This dataset contains responses from a cross-sectional survey investigating obesity-related knowledge, attitudes, and practices among caregivers with family members with Down Syndrome (DS). The survey was distributed online, across multiple european countries (UK, Spain, France, and Germany) and was based on a structured and previously validated questionnaire, adopting Likert-scale items from the Obesity Awareness and Insight Scale (OASIS). The survey was designed to assess demographics, perceived obesity levels in family members with DS, awareness and knowledge of obesity-related risk factors, dietary patterns, physical activity patterns, caregiver confidence levels, and beliefs about interventions.
