Human islets were cultured in suspension (S) (standard culture) for 2 days, or embedded in human pancreas hydrogel (H) (hP-HG) and cultured for 2 days. RNA-seq was performed to assess changes in gene expression as a result of the hydrogel treatment. Six samples are analyzed, two sets of three replicates. The S (suspension culture) samples are the control.
