Chytriodinium Raw sequence reads

To examine the Chytriodinium genome, in this study we generated a genome survey from four pooled dinospores released from a copepod-attached cyst. Chytriodinium dinospores are known to infest copepod eggs. Despite the potential to have a great impact on the abundance of their hosts, knowledge of Chytriodinium is scarce and limited to light micrographs and a few SSU/LSU rRNA gene sequences.
