Raw data for the study of swallowtail butterfly Pachliopta aristolochiae

The folder "Genome" includes the genome assemblies and gene annotations of two swallowtail butterflies Pachliopta aristolochiae and Papilio polytes. The folder "Function_annotation" includes the functional annotation of protein coding genes. The folder "RNA-seq" includes the gene expression matrices of bulk RNA-seq data of four swallowtail butterflies. The folder "Stereo-seq" includes the expression matrices of the spatial transcriptome data of Pac. aristolochiae. The folder "Script" includes the scripts and codes used in the analyses. The file "Fig1_4_6_related_rawdata.xlsx" includes the raw data for quantitative analysis of AA metabolites, AA-DNA adducts, cell proliferation, gene expressions, and 4-HNE productions.
