Transcriptomes of B cells from WT and <i>Rabggta</i>-deficient B cells-3

This dataset contains transcriptomic data of splenic B cells from mice with B cell-specific deletion of <i>Rabggta</i> and control mice. Both <i>Rabggta</i>-cKO mice and WT mice have 4 individuals each. All samples have been approved by the ethics committee.
