This package is for the study “Household Debt Overhang and Human Capital Investment”, by Manso, Rivera, Wang, and Xia, in the Journal of Financial Economics. The study consists of both theoretical and empirical analyses. The “1.Theory” subfolder of this package contains the programs used to solve the theoretical model and to generate all associated figures. The “2.Empirics” subfolder contains the programs and pseudo data for the empirical analyses.
