The movie shows an embryo expressing Dorsal-GFP together with CactDN-psd which was exposed to high power blue light (488nm, 10%) for 20 min, initiating at nc12 and extending into nc13, and subsequently imaged with low power light (488 nm, 3.1%) until the end of nc13.
