资源简介:
In the present study, we chose the invasive, cosmopolitan, and environmentally versatile red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii as a model to study the composition of the intestinal microbiome under three conditions: individuals sampled directly from the environment, individuals reared under laboratory conditions and exposed with or without rPET-MP in feed (30%). After 96 hours of exposure, high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA analysis revealed dysbiosis of the intestinal microbiota.
