High-throughput sequencing of inguinal white adipose tissue fractions from female C57BL/6 Kdm5c+/+ and Kdm5c+/- mice

RNA sequencing was performed on white adipose tissue fractions to determine the effects of having one vs. two copies of the Kdm5c gene in female mice. Inguinal white adipose tissue was fractionated into mature adipocytes and stromal vascular fraction for RNA sequencing本研究针对白色脂肪组织组分开展RNA测序（RNA sequencing），以探究雌性小鼠体内Kdm5c基因单拷贝与双拷贝所产生的生物学效应。实验中，研究人员将腹股沟白色脂肪组织分离为成熟脂肪细胞与基质血管组分（stromal vascular fraction），并对上述组分进行RNA测序。
