A dataset of bacterial community diversity at different depths in Lake Dali in summer 2019

This dataset contains the data of bacterial community composition and environmental factors in the table, middle and bottom layers of lakes, which can provide data reference for the vertical change of lake bacteria. The dataset consists of five data files, of which: (1) The "Network Structure Properties" folder is the bacterial ecological network data; (2) Point data.xlsx which is the location of the sampling point and the water depth data; (3) Environmental factor data.xlsx which are the experimental data and determination methods of the samples; (4) Bacterial diversity information.xlsx including sample information statistics, effective sequence information, OTU species classification and alpha diversity data, etc.; (5) KEGG functional abundance statistics.xlsx including the abundance data of different functions of enzyme, KO, module, pathway level 1, 2 and 3 of species.
