Flexibility estimation accuracy measures how accurate the calculation of the flexible power has been. In particular, the flexibility utilization measures the extent of available power used as maintained power for flexibility. flexibility_utilization(%) = maintained_flex_power/available_flex_power * 100 There are separate values for FCR-D-up and FCR-D-down. The sum is done for each second of a certain hour. Then, average values per day, week, … can be calculated.
