Head Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC)- or Bone Marrow (BM)- derived mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) were analyzed either resting or following stimulation with IFN-g and TNF-a cytokines. Overall design: HNSCC- and BM- MSC were expanded in vitro from the original tissue and then stored for transcriptome analysis either resting or following IFN-g and TNF-a stimulation.
