Urban microclimate measurements in the hot and humid tropical climate of Reunion Island

This dataset contains 10‑minute microclimate measurements collected in two neighborhoods, in Saint‑Denis and Le Port, Réunion Island, France, between October 2024 and June 2025. Data were recorded by a network of fixed urban weather stations deployed across distinct urban morphologies, ranging from high‑rise, high‑density areas to open residential zones. Variables include air temperature, relative humidity, globe temperature, solar irradiance, wind speed, mean radiant temperature, and the Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI). Measurements were taken in situ at standardized heights using calibrated sensors, with detailed station metadata (location, elevation, and site characteristics) provided separately. The dataset supports the analysis of spatial and temporal variations in urban microclimate, enables heat stress assessment, and can be used to evaluate the influence of urban form on thermal conditions.
