Sequencing of betalactam resistant Acinetobacter baylyi BD413 strains used for determination of minimal selective antibiotic concentrations

This study contains the sequencing data for three Acinetobacter baylyi strains that were selected on Chromagar ESBL. The strains gained elevated resistance to betalactams by spontaneous mutation in regulatory genes or the structural gene of PBP3. Since two of the strains show cross resistance to several antibiotics, they may be used for the determination of mininal selective concentrations of antibiotic combinations.
