Temporary or Other Well

The horizontal positional accuracy of well locations is contingent on the accuracy with which well drillers report the well locations to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.This layer should be used with the understanding that locations may only be based on a section, township, and range and no other information. Therefore many wells are only located to the nearest mile, and there are many examples where multiple well points are at the exact same location at a PLSS section center. This is not a realistic depiction of the actual location of those wells. Zooming in beyond 1:150,000 is not recommended, and decisions based on well locations may be based on erroneous locations.井位的水平位置精度，取决于钻井人员向密苏里州自然资源部（Missouri Department of Natural Resources）上报井位信息的准确性。使用本图层时需明确：井位仅依据区块（section）、镇区（township）与排区（range）信息确定，未采用其他辅助资料。因此，多数井位仅能精确至最近的英里单位，且存在大量多个井点重合于公共土地测量系统（Public Land Survey System，PLSS）区块中心的案例。这并非对应井位实际位置的真实还原。不建议将视图放大至比例尺大于1:150000的级别，且基于井位做出的决策可能因位置信息误差而出现偏差。
