A diverse set of Haemophilus and Aggregatibacter species. Raw sequence reads

Haemophilus is a complex genus that includes commensal and pathogenic species that pose a public health threat to humans. While the pathogenic species have been studied extensively, commensals have limited genomic information available. Here we present 24 draft genomes for a diverse set of 7 Haemophilus and Aggregatibacter species.
